Simple Peanut Butter Diet Cookie Recipe


1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Splenda
1 Egg
Nonstick cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350°.

Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray

Combine peanut butter, splenda, and egg

Mix well until thoroughly combined

Spoon dough into walnut size pieces and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet

With a fork dipped in  splenda, flatten cookies

Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes.

Yield: About 20 cookies. Only 2 cookies per day :)
